Add some popular addons, move GUT from 3 -> 4, remove unmaintained Box2D (#402)

Added some popular addons
(source https://www.reddit.com/r/godot/comments/1gvr4bu/most_popular_godot_4_asset_library_addons/)
and moved some from 3 -> 4.

Box2D plugin is archived with the dev focusing on Rapier physics plugin instead.
