Changing TIdThread.Destroy() to no longer set the FreeOnTerminate property anymore, as doing so causes problems with FreeOnTerminate=True threads on ARC systems. Also removing a couple of redundant FreeOnTerminate=False assignments in various thread constructors.

Replacing a few FreeAndNil() calls with IdDisposeAndNil() instead. Otherwise, certain owned objects that depend on deterministic destruction are not being freed correction on mobile systems.
