b430bc7bdaIncorporating patch from StanE to update the "About" dialog with a more professional look. Should work in VCL, Kylix, and Lazarus. DotNET is not finished, the resource files still need to be recompiled and the new UI layout verified, but we're not really supporting DotNET anymore so that has a low priority.
