I made added the ability to make mouse visable. And added manual mouselock to worldmap and moved fpscamera to update on worldmap.

controls should probably not be in draw commands. if draw is skipped then you lose control. so moved fps camera. to update call. I added more control over mouselock. I am making it so if fps camera in use then mouse locking on those screens and free the rest.
