fps timing fixed. timer in ffcc using stopwatch class. checks if ahead or on current frame then replays currentframe. if frame is behind frames are skipped till caught up. everything based on when audio starts playing or stops.

I put Memory.module = Memory.MODULE_OVERTURE_DEBUG; back in for the debug menu. made some changes to audio code. But going to be doing more.
