Added default level to OpenXRTest project (#51)

A default level runs at a better FPS natively on Quest2 than XR_Office. 15 FPS default level vs 3 FPS XR_Office, so for running natively on Quest 2 the default level is more suitable. For running using link cable both level run fine (60+ FPS). The default level has "XR Camera Movement" component added to the camera's entity.

Also, since the main purpose of OpenXRTest project is testing VR, which the main platform is android, then added setreg files ready to enable android assets, setup an initial level (so android launcher loads it) and set the OpenXR settings.

Leaving OpenXR disabled by default in OpenXR.setreg because unless there is a device connected it'll result in a crash. https://github.com/o3de/o3de/issues/12659 But at least the property is ready to just set its value to `true`.
