Fix O3DE Splash Screen background for 25.05 (#19046) (#19129)
closes #19020
Changes:
- Extend the blue gradient foreground on the top side
- Remove the almost invisible checkered pattern from the margins
- Left margin size now matches the right margin size (140px) by removing the blue gradient slice
