3abb46bb0fmoved fish assets from AquariumToy to a new module TropicalAssets. This is so I can use the tropical Assets in other projects without the "sandbox" mechanizations coming along. It has been tested to make sure the sandbox still works. Specifically, AquariumToy now has a dependency of TropicalAssets.
