new openal lib, switched to t2d libpng from precompiled lib, most of filesystem works, removed framebuffer, torque now loads and displays truck toy but nothing moves yet

- The "onAdd()" and "onRemove()" callbacks are now processed by SimObject meaning each derived-type doesn't have to do so.
