# Prerequisites

?> We recommend that you contact the Aktivisda developers for assistance with deployment. Not everything is noted in this documentation yet.

Below is a list of the different elements to look for and questions to ask before considering the creation of an Aktivisda instance.

**What you need**
- [ ] Take a good look at [what Aktivisda](/en) and identify whether your organisation might be interested;
- [ ] Browse the [different instances](/en/showcase) known to Aktivisda and get an idea of the features ([complete list here](/en/features));
- [ ] Involve the graphic designers in the project and make sure they want it to happen;
- [ ] Involve the organisation's _management_ and confirm with them that it's OK for anyone to create visuals without central control;

**Customise the instance**
- [ ] Choose the instance name and url;
- [ ] Choice of primary and secondary colours of the instance;

**Graphical elements** :
- [ ] Fonts (at least one): name and file (`.ttf`, `.otf` or `.woff`)
- [ ] List of HTML codes for the colours used
- [ ] The logo (and variations) in vector format or at least in very high resolution
- [ ] A few images or photos used on the visuals
- [ ] Two or three examples of visuals that could be created with Aktivisda
- [ ] One or more examples of background images (photos or vector format)
