PromptInvasion

Fix shooter - ala space invaders. Works with monkey2 V1.1.03 designed a couple of years ago in Monkey1 for the Mochi contest. Its a shooter in the stile of space invaders and Galaga. there are a few incosistencies compared to the original due to the way way the handle works otherwise it's pretty complete. the code is free to use and modify and for anybody to use.
