Merge part of 88c1966629fff80f49bc6ffa0deb205f4856f3a3 from Nav branch. Renamed IsMouseHoveringAnyWindow() -> IsAnyWindowHovered(), IsMouseHoveringWindow() -> IsWindowHoveredRect() for consistency. Kept inline rediection function.
