	* LogicalTypeInfo.cs: do not use
	LazyDictionary as enum serializer anymore.

	* ProfileService.cs: do not use
	LazyDictionary as ProfileService serializer anymore.

	* RestHandler.cs: do not use
	LazyDictionary as the Exception or NameValueCollection serializer
	anymore.
