* Test/standalone/configuration/dumper.cs can be used to dump out some
  information gleaned through reflection of the 2.0 config classes.
  It was used to generate the validator/converter info in the static
  constructors, as well as figure out the ElementProperty and
  GetRuntimeObject implementations.
