Adding TypeScript 2.0.3. There is a version dependency conflict with dts-generator but everything still works. Once dts-generator is updated with TS 2.0 then I'll load it in and update the shrink-wrap.

added an extra build step that will combine all of the generated d.ts files into a single Atomic.d.ts and place it under Script/TypeScript/dist and also placed in the distribution under Data/AtomicEditor/TypeScriptSupport

adding "glob" as a dependency to allow for recursively pulling in the TS files to lint since TSLint does not yet support recursing through a directory

updated jake and fs-extra to flatten out with the new npm. Also created a package.json and npm-shrinkwrap.json to lock down the version
