Remove #include "precompiled.h" from source files, CMake handles it instead. Include what we actually use in header and source files. For non-precompiled headers measurements indicate ~30% reduction in compile time. See #81.

Changed the tiled-decorators to take 'x y width height' properties instead of two coordinates, optimize decorator instantiation, especially when using sprites.

Added system interface functions for getting and setting the clipboard. Implemented in Windows shell, along with mouse cursor. The drag sample and the invader options page demonstrate the cursor property.

Removed the old mouse cursor code, and replaced it with a system interface method. Drawing a cursor manually will always lag behind the system cursor, thus it is better to let the user set the system cursor.

Updated source files and private headers to use relative paths to public headers. This prevents the compiler from pulling in an installed copy of libRocket headers rather than the source copy of the headers if libRocket happens to be installed on the system already.
