Fixed shadow mapping, which was broken by recent changes. Framebuffer binding in Renderer now keeps a stack, restores previous framebuffer binding on unbind, spotlight shadowmap fov now gets correctly set in SceneLight, shadow mapping now works in IDE entity editor

Cameras now have an ortho sizing mode (manual, lock height, lock width and viewport), added camera preview window to IDE entity editor, camera visualizer in entity editor now correctly shows ortho mode dimensions, added camera ortho size controls to camera prop sheet, made camera prop sheet hide unnecessary parameters, editor prop sheets will now automatically set their vertical size

Added indexed mesh support to Polycode, added indexed mesh support to .mesh format, polyimport will now always generate an indexed mesh file, rewrote .mesh format to support flags for different vertex attributes, updated polyimport with options to only include chosen vertex attributes, changed 3d asset import UI to reflect new polyimport changes, added support for secondary UV coordinates
