Added sound recording support to SoundManager, added ability to save frame buffers to images, fixed bug in OSBasics that broke on some paths, added retina support to fullscreen mode on the Mac, added new UI retina and tweaked themes to the default assets, added floating point PCM buffer generation support for Sounds loaded from memory, added file of new entity format to be the new default Entity template in the IDE, minor UI tweaks.

Added indexed mesh support to Polycode, added indexed mesh support to .mesh format, polyimport will now always generate an indexed mesh file, rewrote .mesh format to support flags for different vertex attributes, updated polyimport with options to only include chosen vertex attributes, changed 3d asset import UI to reflect new polyimport changes, added support for secondary UV coordinates

Added ability to create a shader programmatically from MaterialManager, made programs notify shader when they reload, made the YesNo and YesNoCancel popups have minimum width, added a shader icon to the asset browser

Added YES and NO events to UIEvent, added Yes/No/Cancel popup to IDE, IDE will now ask if you want to save file before closing if there are unsaved changes

IDE now displays saved/unsaved status of files, will prompt to save all on run, UIButton will now dispatch click event on Enter press, IDE text editor sets saved/unsaved flag
