Added resource pools to resource manager, assets can now be loaded into the global resource pool or custom resource pools, added support for resource pool linking in SceneEntityInstance, added support for resource pool browsing to AssetBrowser, changed material selector to use resource pools via AssetBrowser, added UI for linking material files as resource pools to the current entity, added a tree scene view to the entity editor.

Added mesh viewer to IDE, added support for resource change events in ResourceManager, added tangents to the mesh file specification (ATTN: old mesh files will need to be re-exported), added support for tangent generation in polyimport, added global version string to PolyGlobals.h, fixed clear color setting in virtual scenes, made Label textures always be POT, added global IDE texture filtering options to the IDE preferences.

ATTENTION: ScreenEntityInstance no longer has a root entity, it is now loaded as children of the ScreenEntityInstance itself. You can now edit the default id, tags and custom properties of the entity itself. Entity tags will now check for duplicate before adding. Fixed numerous crashes relating to entity deletion in the 2d editor. Added a hasResource method to the ResourceManager.

Resource now subclasses EventDispatcher, broadcasts RESOURCE_RELOAD_EVENT event on reload, made ScreenEntityInstance register a resource entry for themselves, implemented ScreenEntityInstance reload on file change. IDE screen editor will now reload linked entities when they change.

New material editor, started on shader editor (doesnt save yet), rewrote some internal shader stuff to be more streamlined, fixed Label not redrawing correctly after setting size or font, fix for paths with spaces in executeExternalCommand and IDE on Linux and Mac, made 2D template use an entity2d file, fixed new file and new project dialog buttons firing while invisible

MAJOR MATERIAL SYSTEM CHANGES: Material properties now defined as shader parameters, shader parameters now created for all materials with default values, textures now must be referenced by full relative paths to resource directories, addArchive can now take folder as parameter. Object changes: string children now set as attributes instead of new nodes in XML. IDE: Basic Material file editor (will only edit/save materials for now)

Material manager 'reload programs' reloads programs (shaders) but not shaders (programs), meaning materials don't actually change after a reload. Fix that. Add a 'grab all resources of type' feature to ResourceManager to support this.

d2fde9fc99
Converted string to store as UTF-8 since the majority of the time this is how it's used. Now strings can be passed as const reference parameters which greatly reduces the amount of string copying being performed.
