d1096470d5Execute DelayedStart() in ScriptInstance, LuaScriptInstance & LogicComponent before first FixedUpdate() if it comes sooner than Update(). Fix long-standing bug in NinjaSnowWar where the ninja orientation would be overwritten by yaw=0 from controls.
