Add Avalonia things by npolyak

These are the projects npolyak has done that significantly extend or show off Avalonia's capabilities.

Nick Polyak is a frequent contributor to codeproject.com, and has written several series of articles there introducing AvaloniaUI and its paradigms. I haven't included those tutorials in this list, primarily because I don't really know where to start with them.
