add a hard coded value for starting expected color values in material document tests, place f strings into tests that utilize for loops so that the output is more clear on test failure, add extra .is_document_open() checks for first_material_document and second_material_document, use .save_document_as_oopy for first_material_document and second_material_document save tests

Revert using metallic.factor as there may be an underyling bug (will cut at a later time). Updates the tests to update baseColor.color for all of the new material save checks.

Make the Tests class more robust and descriptive to the test steps being performed. While its a bit more lengthy, debugging will be much easier when errors occur (I noticed it was hard to parse what failed exactly in the old Tests class tuples, so this should be much better).

Add new testsuite file for MaterialEditor periodic tests to distinguish them from Editor tests, add new azlmbr test file for MaterialEditor file saving tests (periodic suite). These new tests verify that existing materials can be updated and saved as well as new materials created and saved.
