Clean up MP Connection Viewport Message system to not have a public interface as it was confusing some users. This system is really for displaying specific events, so added NotificationBus to the EditorServerBus which the ViewportMessageSystem can handle appropiately

Update MultiplayerConnectionDebugViewport message so it's available outside of Editor. Adding DPI scaling chack so that text is centered. Added connect/disconnect status to the topleft corner of the clien viewport

Simplify multiplayer editor. Going back to original where editor connects and server listens, except this time the editor will keep trying to reconnect if it fails (for example if the server isn't ready yet, or the port isnt available yet)
