Set sv_isDedicated false in Editor before the system components activate. Ensure editor server doesn't automatically begin hosting... it needs to wait for the editor to connect and send the level.

Util.py multiplayer test util no longer reads through log events. Instead there is a bus handler (MultiplayerEditorServerNotificationBusHandler) which can listen for important multiplayer editor notifications
