[SMC] Background vector resize crash fixup. Using modification flag to trigger refresh signals. Add italic <dynamic> text hint in the combo boxes instead of empty text. Fix last column edition (problem introduced by deleter column shifting all indexes by 1).

[SMC] Fixup array resize crash due to asset elements watched by the proprety inspector, in case of variant deletion/addition. By adding proper notifications. Also fixing undo/redo refresh problem when reaching empty() quantity of variants because of a spurious early return during model reset.
