Fixed build dependency typo for the AWSNativeSDKInit module. ::Core -> ::AWSCore. This was causing a runtime error on Jenkins when AWSNativeSDKInit.Tests ran, it went to load the aws-sdk-core.so dynamically, but couldn't resolve any of the methods it required.
