+ tppufile.putasizeint()

  * save/restore tabstractrecordsymtable.datasize as asizeint instead of
    aint (not ppu version change because they are the same on all
    production targets)
  * add shortint() typecasts when reading/writing fieldalignment/
    recordalignment fields
