Fix compilation.

fppu.pas, tppumodule:
  * openppu: add parameter ppufiletime for printing the time of the file (only if filetime is not -1)
  * openppufile: pass the retrieve time of the PPU to openppu()
  * openppustream: pass -1 to openppu()
