* a lot bug fixes:
- po_external isn't any longer necessary for procedure compatibility
- m_tp_procvar is in -Sd now available
- error messages of procedure variables improved
- return values with init./finalization fixed
- data types with init./finalization aren't any longer allowed in variant
record
