Fix LLVM cycle with -O4 option.

  symsym.pas: add tabsoloutevarsym.reftyp method
    which returns the typ of the absolute refered variable.

  procdeutils.pas: add acceptable_typ function
    to avoid cycle failure for LLVM with -O4 option
    due to internal error in get_capturer function.
