merged/updated AROS/i386 target to trunk from AROS branch, to support Marcus Sackrow's work on AROS support which will hopefully benefit all Amiga-like targets (classic, MorphOS) on the long run. Compiler only, RTL comes in the next run.

* fixed path_absolute, somehow it was not implemented for windows. Probably the $IF for windows fell away. Now defined for go32v2. Fixes 12370, and the solution was hinted at in that bugreport.
