Figured out a nice way to avoid always unneeded resources in Setup.e32. So now Setup.e32 is just like before: no VCL Styles code included (was already the case) and also no extra resources (this commit).

Add icon resources for TaskDialogForm. They're also in Setup.e32 even though the compiler (at the moment) will always remove them from it when building Setup.exe.

Renaming the icons (like Z_DISKICON_DARK to Z_DISKICON) during compilation works but because Windows is caching icons you can still get to see the old icons. Surely that is gonna lead to questions. So avoid renaming. Just delete unwanted ones during compilation and instead tell Setup and Uninstall about the name to load. Will be needed anyway for dynamic choosing, and bits of that are there already now.

Cleanup: there was a Shared.ResUpdateFunc claiming it was used by Setup while it wasn't. Move its code into Compiler.ExeUpdateFunc and remove it.
