Cherry pick into is-6_7_0: [Setup] section directives UsePreviousAppDir, UsePreviousGroup, UsePreviousSetupType, UsePreviousTasks, and UsePreviousUserInfo may now be set to a boolean expression, which may contain calls to check functions. For example: UsePreviousAppDir=not PortableCheck.

TSetupFileEntry.Options also requires padding. Now compiling Debug.iss with the 32-bit compiler and then starting 64-bit Setup from the Setup or SetupCustomStyle project works, at least up until and including SelectLanguageForm, as long as you disable the still forced MachineTypesSupportedBySystem error. 🥳
