Add example which downloads and unzips a Zip file to the CodeAutomation.iss example script. Uses https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/win32/shell/shell-namespace (a zip file is also a folder) and is based on https://stackoverflow.com/a/40706549/301485.

Set DisableWelcomePage the demo's work well even if an actual install is done previously. Needed since DisableWelcomePage defaults to auto since a while. Also make the MSXML example work again (GitHub became case sensitive?) + some whitespace cleanup.
