Add new TPathEdit control (also to [Code]) which forces LTR and also auto-enables autocompletion + use it for all our Setup path edits. Fixes WizardForm.DirEdit and others allowing RTL since 6.5.2.

Fix for OLE interface requiring ReadOnly to be off, unlike EM_SETCHARFORMAT. Didn't notice this before because I was testing using CodeClasses.iss, which was setting ReadyOnly later.

Cleanup runtime anchor setters, as they no longer perform any function. Note: even if per-monitor DPI awareness is added, these setters would remain redundant because DPI awareness affects scaling, not sizing.

Add support functions InitializeBitmapButtonFromStockIcon and InitializeBitmapImageFromStockIcon. Added as functions instead of class members because that's how InitializeBitmapButtonFromIcon were added, which was because array parameters for class members are not supported.

Shorten command link caption so the AdjustHeightIfCommandLink actually works (it runs before the wizard width is increased to 120% and the text must not wrap before that, else the button will appear too high after the increase when it no longer wraps after).
