Fix remaining Compil32 warnings, also for 64-bit build. Again assumes some counts will never be more than MaxInt. Did not attempt to add full 64-bit support to ScintEdit. Would involve using NativeInt + TSci_Position everywhere, so lots of work, with no benefit.

Work on setup.iss: install correct precompiled DLLs + make sure side by side installations work fine. Also update IDE.MainForm.pas' '32-bit' marker to be consistent with the '64-bit' marker added for ARP if side-by-side installation is detected.

Fix missing AppData initialization. Issue only noticeable in 64-bit (by lucky accident?). Specifically it didn't initialize AppData.DebugInfo to nil, making it want to try and read it after a compilation error.

Fix IncludedFile.Memo not being updated (to nil) after reaching MaxMemos, which was an issue for UnopenedIncludedFileModifiedSinceLastCompile. Also add some comments.
