Comment e8298d19 said "Due to IE=11 it can now use .svg's in the help file so don't need the extlink.png's anymore.". But actually, this isn't working for me anymore. It does display something but its only a few pixels and not the proper icon. Reverting.

Revert previous: the ClearChangeHistory it introduced (but wasnt used yet) unexpectedly doesnt actually work because of this Scintilla limitation: "Change history depends on the undo history and can only be enabled when undo history is enabled and empty."

Call GetActiveProcessorGroupCount to set LZMA2's numThreadGroups, like 7-Zip itself does in System.cpp's CCpuGroups::Load. This makes allowing 256 max threads make sense again, without drawbacks.

Increased the maximum value of [Setup] section directive LZMANumBlockThreads from 32 to 256: LZMA SDK 25.00 raised MTCODER_THREADS_MAX from 64 to 256. Our max of 32 was already outdated: the SDK update by aff827a5 raised it from 32 to 64.
