add exosip repo (#4696)

* add exosip repo

* add link to restrict the priority

* specify the openssl version

* add -pthread

* add --enable-pthread=force

* change the add_syslinks

* change openssl to openssl3 and add_deps(pkg-config) for macosx

* add on_check for macosx
