Fix `EditorFileSystemDirectory::get_file_deps()` may return wrong results

Limit the maxsplit to `8` to get complete `deps`.

`deps` caches the return value of `ResourceLoader::get_dependencies()`,
which is also separated by "::".
"::" is quite popular as a splitter.
