Add "OpenGL 3", "GLES" and "Linux/*BSD" to editor property capitalization

This is required to capitalize the following settings:

- "Fallback to OpenGL 3" project setting
- "Fallback to GLES" project setting
- "Linux/*BSD" category in the Editor Settings
