Removed unnecessary members in Image. SaveDDS now returns null and logs a warning on non-desktop platforms. Hopefully now buildable on linux and osx :/

Added a setting in Import.json config file to toggle texture compression, defaulted to false. Moved loading of Import.json to the asset database to only happen once on project load. Moved existing model import settings under a ModelImporter object in the json schema.

Moved ServiceLocator initialization into EditorUI to give it access to ModalOps without having init spread all over. Added a showModalOps method to UIServices to allow extensions to show modal windows.
