Fixed shadow mapping, which was broken by recent changes. Framebuffer binding in Renderer now keeps a stack, restores previous framebuffer binding on unbind, spotlight shadowmap fov now gets correctly set in SceneLight, shadow mapping now works in IDE entity editor

Fixed vertical plane primitive not generating tangents, added a way to enable and disable particle emitters, fixed a number of crashes in the IDE, memory cleanup in the IDE, shaders now reload again if program files are changed and reload resources is activated, asset browser now clears asset list if asset browsing mode is changed, material options now update if you change a mesh material in the entity editor.

Added resource pools to resource manager, assets can now be loaded into the global resource pool or custom resource pools, added support for resource pool linking in SceneEntityInstance, added support for resource pool browsing to AssetBrowser, changed material selector to use resource pools via AssetBrowser, added UI for linking material files as resource pools to the current entity, added a tree scene view to the entity editor.

Finished the material editor in the IDE. Rewrote screen shader bindings. Fixed depth buffer FBOs and depth buffer binding. Screen shaders now require explicit 'color' and 'depth' rendertarget bindings to access the original scene/screen render. Added an optional precision parameter to String::NumberToString. Numberous resizing improvements to UI controls and IDE props. Added DefaultShaderNoTextureHDR shader to hdr pack. Added a default REMOVE_EVENT Event type. Added Vector2 shader prop. Removed deprecated saving/loading code from Scene. Numerous bugfixes in shader code.

Added an instance of the Logger to CoreServices and added a nonstatic log method called logBroadcast that dispatches a notify event from the Logger instance so that they can be printed to listening consoles. Made the GLSL module use the log broadcast for its error message. Made IDE console listen to Logger broadcasts.

New material editor, started on shader editor (doesnt save yet), rewrote some internal shader stuff to be more streamlined, fixed Label not redrawing correctly after setting size or font, fix for paths with spaces in executeExternalCommand and IDE on Linux and Mac, made 2D template use an entity2d file, fixed new file and new project dialog buttons firing while invisible

Omnibus MinGW support patch: Updates to MinGW hacks block in CMakeLists. Updates to GLEE glue/exceptions in PolyGLHeaders, PolyGLSLShaderModule, PolyWinCore. Remove redundant gl includes in PolyWinCore.cpp. Include <ios> explicitly in windows PolycodeView. Omit multitouch support (code in PolycodeView, TUIO module) when compiling with MinGW. All targets other than MinGW+Windows should remain unchanged after bringing in these changes because everything's behind #ifdefs.

MAJOR MATERIAL SYSTEM CHANGES: Material properties now defined as shader parameters, shader parameters now created for all materials with default values, textures now must be referenced by full relative paths to resource directories, addArchive can now take folder as parameter. Object changes: string children now set as attributes instead of new nodes in XML. IDE: Basic Material file editor (will only edit/save materials for now)
