  12. The Asset Import Library provides a lot of model formats:
  13. - 3DS
  14. - ASE
  15. - DXF
  16. - HMP

  18. - MD3
  19. - MD5
  20. - MDC
  21. - MDL
  22. - NFF
  23. - PLY
  24. - STL
  25. - X
  26. - LWO
  27. - OBJ
  28. - SMD
  29. - Collada

  31. - Ogre XML
  32. - partly LWS

  34. 1.2 File structure
  35. Open Asset Import Library is implemented in C++ and provides a c-interface. The directories
  36. are:
  37. /bin Binaries of the Asset Import Library.
  38. /code Code of the Asset Import Library.
  39. /contrib Third-party-libraries used by the Asset Import Library.
  40. /doc Documentation (doxygen generated and data structure as a xml-file)
  41. /include Public headers.
  42. /lib Static libraries.
  43. /obj Object files.
  44. /port Ports to other languages. The Java port is not yet finished, but
  45. the Java part of the interface is fixed. So: you can't use it, but
  46. you can see how it will look like.
  47. /test Unit- and regression tests.
  48. /tools Tools.
  49. /workspaces Build enviroments.
