PolyTexture.cpp 417411fd03 Resource now subclasses EventDispatcher, broadcasts RESOURCE_RELOAD_EVENT event on reload, made ScreenEntityInstance register a resource entry for themselves, implemented ScreenEntityInstance reload on file change.
